the location was central, very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful! the room decor included a feature wall and some pictures, it was nice. it has a bar nearby, owned by the same people, it is convenient.

the room was small! not the cleanest. there was nowhere to hang clothes. the contact with owners since leaving was basically dismissive and rude.

Absolutely Ace Adventure!

central location comfy bed friendly team

This location rocks, it is near all attractions! The rooms are super clean, beds comfy, and the staff is ultra-friendly. I left behind my sunglasses and the team worked hard to get them back, so cool. Evening access felt super secure with all those codes, wow!

My room did not have a place to hang clothes. I only found wardrobe without hangers. This made staying for multiple days slightly difficult.

The location was GOOD, close to attractions.

the tv in my room didn't work. it was really broken, and , made it hard to relax in the evenings. i think a working tv is kind of a basic expectation these days.

friendly staff great location super comfy bed

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially liked the great location close to winter gardens (it was really convenient!). the room was very clean and the king size bed was super comfy i slept so well!

the room i initially received had a small issue with the water tap. it was quickly resolved but still caused a slight inconvenience.

The location was quite central. It was easy enough to get around from there.

There was no lift. It was a bit of a trek to the upper floors with luggage. also, the window blinds were broken. that gave us very little privacy from the outside world.
